Having resided in the Torquay area for over 40 years, Bryan has a wealth of knowledge to bring to his business. With extensive experience in real estate, his qualifications, together with his contribution to the Surf Coast region and its people, Bryan has the ability to provide an honest, hard working attitude towards Hayden Real Estate services.

Bryan commenced his career at the Federal Taxation Office as a cadet Valuer before being appointed Valuer, and then a Director of the Hayden Real Estate group. Bryan is an associate of The Real Estate Institute and the Australian Property Institute. Both a Licensed Estate Agent and Certified Practising Valuer, Bryan is also an REIV Accredited Auctioneer. He is one of the most experienced and successful Auctioneers on the Surf Coast, as well as having overseen more record transactions than any other agent in the region.

Bryan has been happily married to Vicki for over 38 years, and together they have brought up their five children in Torquay. Bryan is a Life Member of the Torquay Surf Club, has been in the Australian Dragon Boat team, won numerous Life Saving Championships and is a successful coach in a number of disciplines.
When not in the office, Bryan enjoys rural pursuits, often venturing to his farm in Buchan, surfing at Torquay or spending time with his family.
