At the age of 18, Brad officially embarked on his real estate journey, ultimately leading him to launch PH Property in 2006. With close to 30 years’ experience in the local real estate market, Brad’s knowledge is extensive and his network is considerable.
Brad is an experienced auctioneer, specialising in both property and charity auctions and has a strong interest in small to medium property development and investment strategies, taking a ‘hands on’ approach with all aspects of the business. Known for his warmth, humour and comprehensive knowledge of local real estate – Brad has an innate ability to keep ahead of market trends and is consistently driving PH Property to be a dynamic and progressive leader in the Bendigo real estate market.
As a member of the REIV, serving as Chairperson in 2009 and currently part of the Executive Committee, Brad’s experience is diverse and continually developing.
Engaging in a meaningful way with the Bendigo community is important to Brad who often assists with local fundraisers, is actively involved with the Eaglehawk Football Netball Club and when time permits, can be found competing in open-water swim events as a member of the Bendigo Triathlon Club.
Brad and wife Kathryn have three energetic boys, Cale, Alfie and Alex who ensure life is full of fun and laughter.
