The sheer volume of enquiries, appointments, and subsequent sales transactions involved as the sole salesperson responsible for over 250 apartments during the same period, accelerated Sam’s negotiating skills to an expert level. Despite tough market conditions during this time, Sam utilised a combination of high-level negotiating skills and expert knowledge of each of the three projects he was responsible for selling, achieving pre-sale levels required to obtain funding for construction for all three development projects to get off the ground and continue construction through to completion.
