Before making the move to real estate, Graeme had a career in various Commonwealth Government departments spanning over 30 years – in finance, training, human resources and rehabilitation case management roles. He spent four years in Canberra before returning home in 1995.

In fact, Graeme strongly believes that real estate agents don’t sell houses – they market properties to an appropriate audience and they manage the negotiation process on behalf of vendors to achieve the optimum outcome.
