Colleen is passionate about supporting her local area, businesses and community groups, being born and raised in the Sale and Rosedale areas of East Gippsland. Colleen appreciates the many opportunities the agriculture industry provides for the community and strives for the best outcomes for her clients.

Colleen’s childhood was spent growing up on a beef farm, being educated locally prior to beginning her career at a Herd Improvement business, carrying out artificial insemination and freeze branding. In 2002 Colleen progressed to working as a stock agent for a well-respected company in Sale. With few women represented in the occupation Colleen certainly encountered challenges but her positive work ethic shone through.

In 2012 CB Livestock was launched. Colleen continues to work tirelessly building up her loyal clientele and employees as the business grows. Strong, honest, trusted relationships is at the forefront of Colleen’s successful business.

Colleen identified that her business needed to broaden the services she provided to existing clients and prospective clients. In 2021, the new office and shop front was opened in Rosedale, offering the integrated services of CB Livestock and Arlette Property Services for all your livestock, property sales and property management requirements.
