After more than three decades in Real Estate, Rod understands the psychology of selling. He knows when to press in, and when to back off. His experience and knowledge in this area is vital when it comes to negotiating the best possible price. These skills have become intuitive for Rod, and are second nature. As a result he has a high conversion rate of offers to sales.

Being a qualified Architect, Rod has an additional skillset which is invaluable when discussing structures, alterations and additions, Council requirements etc. Rod also has a good understanding of planning matters.

In his spare time Rod enjoys his motorbike and classic cars, and often competes in Concours D'Elegance displays and sporting events. His is also a judge at Concours level and participates in the Jaguar National Rallies. Other interests include golf, bike riding, antiques and public speaking.
